Over the coming months, Dr Sara will be giving topical, insightful and timely health tips on a range of subject such as recovering your sleep cycle, how to stay safe at Christmas to the benefits of alcohol reduction.

Dr Sara Kayat is a practising GP at Grays Inn Medical Practice. You will probably recognise Dr Sara from Channel 5’s GPs Behind Closed Doors, ITV’s This Morning, resident GP, ITV News and W Channel’s 12 Hours to Cure Your Street.
