How does it work?
You agree to pay a set amount per week or month through direct debit, and in return, you and your family can immediately start to access benefits.
What benefits?
Once your policy document has been issued, you will have access to a 24/7 telephone GP line, Virtual Doctor, Counselling, Legal advice, Personal Accident cover, and HSF Perkbox.
What is HSF Perkbox?
It’s a discount service offering you money off tech, shopping bills, and days out.
What health costs are covered?
HSF health plan provides cover for dental check-ups, hygienist visits, teeth whitening, and more. You can claim the cost of sight tests, glasses, and contact lenses. It includes cover for practitioner treatments like physiotherapy and specialist consultations, x-rays, and scans. There are also payments for hospital stays and upon the birth of a child.
Can you give me a price for this cover?
Our basic corporate plan starts from £1 per week. To receive more benefits, simply increase your premium.
3 Steps to start your plan
1. Choose a plan
The Everyday health cash plan –
On this plan, your monthly payment includes a spouse/partner and dependent children under 18 living with you. There are pre-existing health restrictions on all benefits with the exception of dental, optical, chiropody & podiatry.
Or
HSF Individual –
This plan covers you and dependent children under 18 living with you. You can also purchase a policy for your partner if you wish. With this plan, there is no requirement to declare any medical information, as there are no restrictions for any pre-existing conditions.
2. Choose the level of plan that suits you.
On the entry-level of The Everyday health cash plan – Scheme 100, you can choose to pay only £4.33 per month. This will entitle you to cashback as detailed in the image below. If you would like more money available to cover medical costs, you could opt for a higher scheme.

Please note that you will need the following information for your application:
- Your bank details for claim settlement.
- The names and dates of birth of everyone are to be included in your plan.
- Any medical information requested concerning everyone included in your plan.
- Please remember the scheme you have selected to join.

GP Telephone service/Virtual Doctor – provided on every level of the health plan
GP Telephone Service:
A private GP telephone consultation service will allow you to talk to a doctor in confidence, at a time that suits you. Available 24/7.
Virtual Doctor:
The Virtual Doctor service enables you to have a virtual face-to-face consultation with a practising GP. Available 7 days, 8am to 10pm, excluding Christmas Day.
