As the situation evolves there will inevitably be an impact on our service levels which may result in delays, but please be assured that we will do our utmost to respond as quickly as possible.

Our offices are closed but our staff are working remotely and our phone lines will operate between the hours of 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

HSF Assist continues to operate but we do anticipate some delays as demand for the GP Advice Line and Prescription Service increases. Details of this service can be accessed in your MyPolicy account.
