Get Started on MyPolicy

Log into your MyPolicy account and go to “My Claims” to begin. If you’re new, click “Register now” to set up your account. From here, you can track recent online claims, download your policy Terms and Conditions, or request a Personal Accident form by calling 020 7928 6662. When you’re ready, click “Start a Claim“.

Gather What You Need

To complete your claim, you’ll need the patient’s name, the practitioner’s name and qualifications, the treatment type, date, and cost, along with an itemised receipt and your bank details.

If you’re claiming for a birth or adoption, you’ll need a full certificate. For hospital stays, please have your discharge summary and the hospital’s name and address ready.

Confirm Bank Details

Check or update your bank info. Tick to confirm ✅ these are correct. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions — this allows us to verify your documents if needed. ✏️

Pick a Claimant

Choose who the claim is for:  yourself, a partner or a dependent.

Complete Your Claim Details

Select the relevant benefit category (e.g. Practitioners) and subcategory (e.g. physiotherapy) —your balance will appear in the top right—then add a brief description or diagnosis and the symptom start date, upload your receipt(s) with treatment dates and amounts, use the ➕ to add more items or the 🗑️ to remove any, and if needed, upload a second receipt before clicking Next to continue.

Review & Submit

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your claim is submitted, and you can track its progress in “My Claims“, start a new claim for the same or a different claimant, or return to your claims dashboard.

How can I make a claim?

Find a registered insured practitioner, download and submit a claim form, and send a scan or photo of your receipt when you send us your claim form. Submit both to us at claims@hsf.eu.com.

What should I do if I haven't received my welcome email and letter?

Please allow up to 14 days after receiving your first pay for the welcome email and letter to arrive. Be sure to check your spam or junk inbox to make sure it hasn’t been filtered there. If you still haven’t received anything after this period, please reach out to us by emailing customer@hsf.eu.com.

What happens if my receipt exceeds the cover allowance?

If your receipt surpasses the cover allowance, HSF will still process the receipt. However, you will only receive the maximum cover amount applicable. Alternatively, if you have already utilized a portion of your cover, you will receive the remaining amount left to claim.

How long does it typically take for funds to appear in my account?

The processing time for funds to appear in your account may vary. Please refer to your specific policy or contact our customer service for more precise information regarding the processing timeframe.

How can I check the remaining amount I have left to claim?

You can easily monitor the amount remaining for you to claim by logging into your My Policy account. There, you will find a clear breakdown of your remaining balance and claimable amounts.
