1. Choose your plan
The Everyday Health Plan –
On this plan, your monthly payment includes a spouse/partner and dependent children under 18. There are pre-existing health restrictions on all benefits with the exception of dental, optical, chiropody & podiatry.
Or
HSF Individual
This plan covers you and your dependent children under 18. You can get a separate plan for your partner if you wish. There’s no need to declare any medical information. Plus, there are no restrictions for pre-existing conditions.
2. Choose the right plan for you
The Everyday Health Plan
Looking for a health plan that covers you and your loved ones? Look no further than The Everyday Health Plan.
On the entry-level of The Everyday Health Plan – Scheme 100, you can choose to pay only £4.33 per month. This will entitle you to cashback as detailed in the image below. If you would like more money available to cover medical costs, you could opt for a higher scheme.
Your partner and dependent children go free in this plan, with no hidden extras.

The Individual Health Plan
The Individual Health Plan starts from £5 a month (Scheme V1). You can increase your premium to have more money available to cover medical costs.
With over 35 benefits in this scheme which provide up to 100% reimbursement up to the maximum benefit of every benefit.
Your spouse/partner can join your policy to take advantage of our benefits and pay the exact same premium rate as you.
